Vibeset/Mindest

As I sit here looking at the Youtube screen that was already on before I sat down in my space to write this post, I realized I was staring at a visual representation of what my mind looks like when it is at peace and I feel zen (aka the mental picture of what they tell you to visualize) – a coffee shop with books. Imagine how humbled I feel to realize how lucky I am, that after I sat down to revamp this page, that the thing that brings me peace and happiness in all forms: books, coffee shop vibes, the smell of coffee beans being roasted, is just causally playing as I mentally confirmed to myself I about going forward with this idea and wrote the About section. Confirmation, that once again, words and communication and creating my own space to take up with them…. that is the peace. Honoring myself and my truths, is peace.

I wasn’t sure what to write about but then I realized, half of the beauty in trying something new is to take the first step and not worry about the how’s or the why’s, just the simple enjoyments of doing something that fulfills my soul, and feeling happiness in the surrendering to the unknown of what will be. As I sit here… I realized, what I hope for when this space reaches the right souls, is that you take what resinates for you and leave what doesn’t, and you leave a smidge better in some way.

So here’s one of my things that was my absolute favorite thing to do growing up- getting quotes that spoke poetry . What better way for me to try to describe the vibset/mindset of the space and the content/posts to come. I grew up in the Myspace Era for awesome lyrics and fire quotes-what a time to be alive.

Here. Ya. Go
:

Thanks for growing with me and coming on this journey to see where my words go. I wish you well, whomever you are- reading these words of mine.

Be well.

Author: The Author

Just a millennial woman with a head full of thoughts and books stacked in every corner, navigating an extraordinarily ordinary life with as much meaning as she can muster. She carries a few letters behind her name, but it’s the lifelong questions that define her more than the credentials: Who are we? Where did we come from? And how do we make peace with the mess and magic of being human? Her journey winds through ancient history, globalism, psychology, politics, religion, renaissance art, and sociology—fields she explores not for answers, but for depth. She writes like someone gathering threads, weaving insight from everywhere, leaving space for reflection, resonance, and the wisdom found by chance. She believes in real food, kind moments, and the slow, sacred work of healing. A collector of heart-shaped rocks, a finder of lucky pennies, and a seeker of good espresso, she’s got a PNW vibeset playlist looping in the background and an open invitation to anyone trying to make sense of life, gently.
